Hattie Ellis
 HATTIE ELLIS is a writer and television journalist who specializes in food and drink. Her book Eating England was given the Special Award of the Jury in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards (English section) in 2001. She has worked as an assistant producer and researcher on programmes for the BBC and Channel 4, including Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstalls Escape to River Cottage, TV Dinners (Glenfiddich runner-up) and Food and Drink. For Ryland Peters & Small she has written Tea, Coffee, A Passion for Tea and and A Passion for Coffee.
