Clare Ferguson
 CLARE FERGUSON is a food writer with an international reputation who is constantly in demand as a food columnist and radio and television guest. She divides her time between Greece, Australia, New Zealand, the Far East, America, and the UK. Clare co-hosted the long-running television series Whats Cooking? for Carlton Food Network, worked on Two Fat Ladies and Madhur Jaffreys Far Eastern Cooking series, and was a contributor to the BBC documentary The Way We Cooked. She was food editor of Elle and She magazines, and is now contributing food editor for Homes & Gardens. Her books for Ryland Peters & Small include Flavours of Provence, Olive Oil, Rice: from Risotto to Sushi, Mediterraneo, Antipasti and Easy Good Food .
