George Carter
 GEORGE CARTER trained as a sculptor before moving into exhibition and garden design. Now an internationally renowned garden designer, he won a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show. His books for Ryland Peters & Small include Containers, Herbs and (with Richard Bird) Projects for Small Gardens.
