Lindy Wildsmith
 LINDY WILDSMITH runs cooking schools and demonstrates in the celebrity kitchen at House & Garden fairs. Lindy speaks fluent Italian and her food brings together the best of Italian regional cooking and all the culinary experiences she enjoyed when in Italy for many years as a student, then as a cook. She is the author of Pasta Sauces (Ryland Peters & Small).

Silvana Franco
 SILVANA FRANCO is a food writer, stylist and co-founder of the London-based catering company Fork. She has been both senior food writer on BBC Good Food and food editor on Marks & Spencer Magazine and contributed to popular magazines and newspapers such as Food & Travel and Ideal Home. Silvana is also the author of several cookbooks, including Pasta and Pizza (both Ryland Peters & Small). In 2002 she was one of the star chefs in The Best on BBC television.
